Active Earth

In Term 2 we have been learning all about our active earth. The children have been looking on u tube to see volcanoes erupting, and learning how they are formed. We have also made toffee and honeycombe, painted volcanoes, sang about volcanoes in Maori, shown how they were formed in drama groups and painted them. And of course we have written lots about them. The children have also learned how to make their own recordings for the class blog. And its only week 5. Listen to what the children have learned already.
