Room 6 were very excited when they listened to their goals for Term 3 and discovered that they had achieved most of them. :) They have now set themselves new goals for Term 4. Have a listen and if you know the children maybe you could help them along the way to achieve their goals.

Mighty Mariners movie
We have been learning all about how the mighty warrior Kupe journeyed from Hawaiiki and was the first person to call it Aoeotearoa 'The land of the long white cloud' as that was what he saw on his arrival. They also learned all about how other islanders have voyaged here and with what. They have done a fantastic job of their drawings, animations and writing. Well done Room 6 keep up the good work.

Room 6 Volcano movies.
As you know Room 6 have been learning all about volcanoes. For this movie the children had to remember what caused a volcano to erupt and how it erupted. This is the first time the children have animated their work and they have done a really good job. Well done Room 6.
